honestly I’m not satisfied with this “solution”.
Which is the variable you use to determine the value?

What I checked:

• I tried to disable ALL other plugins. No change.
• phpinfo() gives me

• upload_max_filesize = 50M
• post_max_filesize = 50M

• When I change the values in php.ini they immediately change in phpinfo().

Hoster is 1und1 with a click-and-build installation, so I guess the standard way of getting the information should work.

Maybe you can have a brief look into the site. I’ll send you the login information to your support email.

It wasn’t a new question, you simply misunderstood me.
I know there is a pretty link for the single page, but that was not the question.
You added staff-id as a filter option:
[ abcf-staff- ….. staff-id=”5909″]

My question was if you thought about a more readable filter like
[ abcf-staff- ….. staff-permalink=”doe-jane”]

You more often know the name of the staff member than it’s wordpress id.

did you think to enhance it by using the pretty permalink in addition to the staff-id?

It would be much easier to address staff-ppl=”jane-doe” than to look through all the staff members for the ids.

I solved this issue.
It is caused by the option “Do not use visual editor when writing” in the users profile.
If you disable the visual editor you cannot edit posts in the forum.

Looks like an odd design for me as it forces users to the visual editor in wp-admin.

now that I updated the plugin to 2.3.10 and WordPress to 4.4.2 the (same) error still occurs.

I removed the Register Plus Redux and with the alternative plugin everything words fine.

It’s fixed for me but this doesn’t mean there is no issue on AIOWPS

Hi,
disabling the option causes the newly registered users to be activated immediately.
The processing of the other plugin is then completely skipped (Send mail to check address and then put the user account to an inactive state.)

When I disable the complete AIOWPS Plugin everything works fine.

Solved…was a Hoster issue

No difference (Beside that there seems to be a bug in the_author() in WP because the return string contains the name two times ?? )
