To further explain the issue :
The file is well uploaded, and is visible in the media category.
It appears with permission 660 in my ftp, under another file owner.
Should chown the entire wordpress to have everything working as previously (so far, I cannot add images and uploading images gives me an error, although the image is well uploaded to the server).

What do you mean by “resave permalinks” ?

I’ve changed it in the wp-config file, and it did not fix it.

I’ve tried doing this in the settings but it did not change anything.
What will be the impact of disabling permalinks ? What will my other urls look like ?
