Do you mean that I have to install honeypot?
Or that honeypot disrupts the process?

It seems that it wasn’t clear for me how to use the plugin. I could’t find this anywhere. And I choose your plugin because everybody was so positive about it. However, I didn’t understand what it was for (looked like a notification for newsletters) and I couldn’t get it going. Therefore I was disappointed after trying so hard.

I am using the free version of the Lightbox galery.
It worked great, but now I installed the latest version and updated my WP4.3.
Suddenly the formatting is all wrong (pictures in 1 row) and there is no subtitle anymore.

Can you please help?

I would like to add that my ‘old’ form still works with reCAPTCHA (the recent version without typing characters).
I don’t know how, but the new added reCAPTCHA doesn’t work at all.
It is impossible to send my newly made form.

A suggestion for using reCAPTCHA.
Can you also make the old reCAPTCHA available for the custom contact form?
The new reCAPTCHA works with pictures, but it also translates the text (in my case) into Dutch.
However my international visitors don’t understand Dutch. So if they are asked to pick out the pictures with ‘kaas’ (meaning cheese), they probably don’t know what to do. The oldfashioned characters did work.
I would be happy to be able to make a choice between old reCAPTCHA and the new one.

I got a pop-up in the WP control panel stating there were ‘issues’ with the custom contact form, and then I couldn’t access anything anymore.
It happened before and there were faults which my webhoster removed.
He did this a few times and told me to fix this myself next time.

Because my site broke down again, I thought there was something wrong with the webhosting.
I moved my corrupted WordPress site to another webhost but then the issues happened again.
It seems to work fine, and suddenly it breaks down.
That is all I know.
My other website (https://www.watergeefjedoor.nl/) is still with the first webhost and is doing fine with the contactform. The theme I used is Colorlib.
for https://www.vakantierijk.nl I use Hueman.

The exact message was:
Custom contact form is experiencing issues.
there is an issue with synchronizing data. Please try deactivating all other plugins and activating the TwentyFifteen theme. If this fixes the problem, you have a plugin or theme conflict. If it does nog, please post in the support forums or Github….

But I couldn’t access my site the last time after this message.
And now I am afraid to activate the contact form again for it might go wrong and it took me a long time to place all my pictures back (still working on fixing it).
