In reply to: [Import YouTube videos as WP Posts] Makes website very slowThanks for reporting this issue, I’ll try to track it. But only you reported WP slowlyness when using this plugin. However, if you deleted/desactivated the plugin it shouldn’t say it’s installed / activated. Just test it on a fresh WP install, to be sure your WP installation is not corrupted / another plugin messing things up.

In reply to: [Import YouTube videos as WP Posts] Add meta tagHi @aidon00,
What do you mean by “tag” on a Youtube video?
Hi @foley2013,
As I’ve no answer from you, I put this thread as resolved. Feel free to open a new one if you need to.
Hi @foley2013,
Thanks for reporting.
Just to be sure, which version of the plugin are you using?
If it can help you, @elder-carvalho’s tried to get videos from a particular channel by typing keywords (e.g. “My super channel”) in the query field, and choose Channel as the Query type field.
The channel and the playlist query type must have a channel id (UCOt1-IALzefRHgpll2q97ig) / playlist id (PLMC9KNkIncKtPzgY-5rmhvj7fax8fdxoj) as the value of the query field.

In reply to: [Import YouTube videos as WP Posts] Automatic import of updates?Hi @mikebackhouse,
this is not possible right now, but it won’t be so difficult to implement. I may add it in a next version.
Best regards,
EnguerranI checked it on a fresh WP install, and it works. So to help you with that, you’ll need to mail me your API key, so I can check it (enguerranweiss[-at-]gmail{dot}com)
Hi,
You have to create a new Google API project, and make the YouTube Data API v3 available (just checking it).
Then, when you create your API key, you have to set some domain names that are allowed with this key (e.g. 127.0.0.1, https://www.mydomain.com, etc).
Then, be sure that your API key looks like: AIzaFyD0aPCQjLFRbLnh4RKbVBlBgVCVSwjbFAgCan you double check and tell me?

In reply to: [Import YouTube videos as WP Posts] Posts to wrong pageHi,
As I understand, you are searching for videos on Youtube, and when you press Add button, the video content goes on an existing page / post on your website?
If so, I really don’t know how you achieve that: the plugin create posts, it can’t update existing ones.
Can you tell me how I can reproduce this on a fresh WP install?
Issue resolved in 1.5

In reply to: [Import YouTube videos as WP Posts] Category field is not savedHi,
I fixed that issue in 1.8, just update from your WP admin and it will be fine.
Again, thanks for reporting, it was bugging since 1.0, and I never noticed it.
