You may need to do a search and replace on the database to update the links, I use velvet blues update urls plugin

yes, i’ve noticed it does that at the end of restoring the database. its not a fatal error, was your site restored OK?

The plugin version 2.2.3 has just been updated to work with MySQLi instead of MySQL, needed if you are using PHP7.

If your server is using PHP7 then maybe the new version 2.2.3 of the plugin released yesterday will solve your issue? Works well for me now with WP 4.6.1 and both PHP5.4 and 7.0
