Ja das ist so beabsichtigt. Die WordPress-Benutzer kann man auf jeden Fall bearbeiten & die vom Plugin muss man leider l?schen und neu anlegen. Dass kann man im Backend im Menüpunkt des Plugins.

das liegt vermutlich daran, dass sie entweder in WordPress oder im Ticket System angemeldet sind?
Dann werden diese beiden Felder automatisch mit den im Account hinterlegten Daten ausgefüllt.Forum: Plugins

2) if the names for the optional field are blank, they won’t show up

4) it is possible, but only the accounts with admit rights can assign tickets to other accounts
5) this is a good idea! i will implement it, when i find the time for it.

Anyway a reinstall should fix this.

it seems like you want a complete translation. The best way for that is to create an spanish language file. You can use programms such as PoEdit to translate the Plugin. Just load the ‘simple-support-ticket-system.pot’ file under /languages in PoEdit and send me the translated files, so i can add them to the plugin.Regards
