2. if a url contains the UTM query string, the page is served via cache but the cache is served via PHP instead of htaccess, so the page loading speed may be a little slow.

wp fastest cache does not cause the issue. you will continue getting the same warning even though you disable wp fastest cache.

Clearing cache via url feature has been developed for clearing cache on a regular basis via cronjob, not to clear cache quickly.

Now you’re talking about a different problem. if wp fastest cache breaks some pages, we need to investigate and fix the problem. Clearing cache is not a solution.
