Thanks for the quick reply, maybe I didn’t explain myself well. I wanted to change the background in just one field.

I wanted to apply only on forms that I decide, I don’t want to apply to all the forms

I inserted the shortcode in a new page called “List” but it doesn’t work for me I put the link to the page.

Thanks for the reply, but I don’t have to create a thank you page or send an email, I have to create a page named Data Summary and indicate only some fields.

the value must be between 20 and 50 and must be COMPLIANT

if the value is <20 or> 50 it must be non-compliant

example:

calculated range: > 20 and <50 = compliant

calculated range: <20 and> 50 = non-compliant
