I have not heard from them on their support site either.

All I want is the stupid files (both recipe plus and index plus) to install on my site as through a catastrophic loss, I don’t have a copy at my disposal anymore. [email me? Emmmmrz at the google mail service]

Has anyone called their business number and gotten a response that way?
