no, she just uses “add media” button and the only text is the one that is added to each image under description. so she only adds media per each post.

i have to go back and see…

the other thing i just noticed is that the artist herself started to upload the images, and rather than using featured image, she is adding media on the page itself. could that be causing the issue?

there are no <div> codes on any of the post. just an image. the only caption under the image is the image caption and alt text.

the only thing i could think is that i made it so that the post date would not appear…

i think that this addition is what made the widgets visible…

i had trouble displaying the widgets when i updated the theme. i forgot what i did to correct it…

when i click on any of the circles (which is an image of the artwork), then on the next page, that image is larger with blurb of the title of the artwork. then there was an arrow to the left for older posts, an arrow to the right for newer posts, posts being another image of another artwork.

so i used to be able to go into any of the images then scroll through all of the artwork images.

regardless of the category – it just took me through all of the posts.

(this is not the arrow that shows up on the home page indicating there is another page of more posts. this one is still there.)

@dward1958 – I’m sorry about jumping into your post, but I am going to go ahead and continue to post here so that other people seeing can read both of our situations. and I’m sorry about what you’re going through!

@photocrati – initially, i created a gallery and i created a page separately (call it Photo Gallery). after the gallery was created, i went to all pages>Photo Gallery then from here i used the upload gallery icon and clicked on the gallery i wanted here. When i did this, it only uploaded one of the photos. I updated, went to view the page, and it was just that one photo.

However, after deleting this page, I went back to gallery>manage gallery>create new page>clicked on the menu where I wanted the gallery to go, voila. showed up as a gallery. all 43 photos.

shouldn’t i have been able to upload the gallery either way? i don’t understand, but it worked out.

thank you, @photocrati. i figured out that if i created a new page from the gallery rather than creating a new page and uploading the gallery (which is what i was doing) the entire gallery was there. not sure what the diff is? i have 2.0.40 nextGen gallery installed.

@dward1958 – did you fix this issue? I’m having a similar problem. I uploaded 3 photos into a gallery, inserted the gallery to a newly created page, but only one photo shows up. I emptied cache but still did not work.

it turns out that it was the server’s mobile application which was overriding the theme’s responsiveness. i turned off the mobile capability from godaddy and now everything is as it should be.

Thank you both for your help. I not only deactivated it, but deleted the jetpack. I will also submit a support to jetpack as my iphone still tries to go to mobile.beatrixkeiko.com even after clearing history!

If I look as classic view on my iphone, it looks beautiful with all of the artwork in the circles.
