Moreover, when I typed the filter as it is, code snippets was giving me three errors, on line 3 and 4, expecting to basically swap : and }.

First things first, what is this “href” you mentioned?

I tried to create a post with the wordpress editor, however, I then find impossible to import/attach it to the empty elementor page with video/gif background I created for it.

Can you help me also just by directing towards the right material I should look up?
