In reply to: [Login Logout Menu] Regular members cannot go to the profile pageHi ozcansimsek,
Please check the Filter To Redirect The User To Their Profile Page mentioned in this doc. We have a “login_logout_menu_profile” filter hook to allow users to change the Profile URL. The doc has examples for BuddyPress, BuddyBoss, and WooCommerce.
You can ask your developer to create a callback function for the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin. If you cannot make it happen, please get in touch with us on our support forum for further support.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Login Logout Menu] Regular members cannot go to the profile pageThanks for letting me know the plugin. I am looking into this and will get back to you ASAP.
Hey martenw!
I appreciate your patience while we worked to check this issue. We were able to replicate it on our side. The problem was not because of the language but the custom roles. The force password reset was not working fine with the custom roles created by the plugin “User Role Editor.”
The dev team has already fixed this issue, and it’s being tested. We’ll soon send the fix in the next release whenever it’s good to go.
Thanks for reporting this bug to us! I’ll surely ping you when the fix is released.

In reply to: [Login Logout Menu] Regular members cannot go to the profile pageHi ozcansimsek,
By default, the Login Logout Menu “Profile” link goes to the WordPress profile.php page. But if you have WooCommerce, BuddyBoss, or BuddyPress installed, the profile links are changed automatically according to the plugin’s profile link.
Can you tell me which membership plugin you use on your site so I can guide you accordingly? Can you tell me which plugin you are using which is adding this custom role?
Hi martenw,
I have noted this and will test it on my end. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Hi Dimitri Grassi,
I think you are using Classic Editor. Analytify does not replace the “Update” button; the “View Stats” button is added separately. Please check it should still be there: https://monosnap.com/file/QQxJcBcte4U6dmrHB1GPM6oBisLuMM.
If not, please send full screenshot of the Publish section so I can see what’s the view on your site.
Hello vhharrison,
By access, do you mean giving access to wp-admin or access to your website that maybe locked behind a password?

In reply to: [Login Logout Menu] Change login urlHello zsoca,
You can utilize the LoginPress Pro Hide Login add-on to change the default login page URL. This way, the “Login” link added to the menu will point to the new URL instead of /wp-login.php page.
You can explore more about this add-on from this doc. I hope this will help you!
Hi kristajewett,
Have you selected the Post checkbox in the “Post Type Settings”? This will automatically display the buttons on the posts.
If you have already enabled it, please contact us on our support forum so we can look into this issue, which is specifically occurring on your site.

In reply to: [Login Logout Menu] Login icon is not appearingHi Aravind,
Are you talking about a logged-in user’s Profile picture (Avatar), or is there any other icon? Can you send a screenshot of what you meant by “Login icon”?
If the profile picture was meant, then I already have tested this on the Astra theme, and it is showing fine. The issue might be on your site, so please get in touch with us on our support forum.
We will soon release an update for the Login Logout Menu that has been thoroughly tested with the latest version of WordPress.
Hi James,
Unfortunately, there’s no way to view the stats directly from the View All screen. However, there is a “Stats” link with the Edit/View/Delete options under the post name, which opens the post editor and automatically scrolls down to the Analytify stats section.
Hi @iwebdev,
We replicated the issue on our side, and I’m pleased to inform you that LoginPress Pro 3.1.0 has been released, which has the fix for the bug you mentioned.
Thanks for reporting this issue to us and waiting patiently for the fix!
