Bluehost added memory to PHP nd all seems to be OK now.

Yes, I believe I have a full backup

PHP was at 5.4 after the server update. I updated it yesterday.

Please see https://prntscr.com/jjit20. Why would it not give the user an option to create a new profile? It assumes I am returning … or that I want to continue as a guest.

Neither of these looks like a good option.

I am way behind in going live. I am anxiously awaiting a solution.
