i meant the authors of this plugin (not theme)

although the theme authors responded to the last ‘is this still being maintained’ type of question with a ‘we’ll look into it’ kinda response…. we’re now on wp 5.7 and no update…

hmm. one thing that changed is elementor updated….

so i deactivated, tested it, and nothing changed, but i reactivated it an tested and it worked again….. maybe this will help someone else….

eventually i got it all to look right in the events list. took a few tries for each though.

weirdly i got one to reset but not the other? i have tried the one a couple times now but it hasn’t shown up in the list.

mystery errors are a mystery.

– WONKY UI – yes, you should fix this, the issue is in the admin area, not in my theme. if you want to see the theme, it’s generatepress pro.

– ADD TO CART – yes, that’s how my settings are

– BLANK IMAGE – ok, i think i understand, but… to verify your method, i’ll have to create a new configuration for every single type of clothing i offer, tee shirts, tanks, hoodies…. i’ll have to add and maintain a configuration for each one, instead of just having one configuration for all the logo options. correct?

– EMAIL/CONFIRMATION PAGE CONTENT – this convo is happening in email right now. looking to make sure options are readable in the email sent to the client and to the fullfillment team.

– WONKY UI – the ui issues are in the admin area, i sent a screenshot with my initial questions (that are still unanswered) thru your contact form.

– ADD TO CART – when i click add to cart in the product catalog, the item is simply added to the cart. this needs to redirect to the configurator on a customizable product, right now a product it is just added with no options selected. when i click the item title or image on the catalog page, i get the expected results and see the option to build my own.

– BLANK IMAGE – i have a black clothing that people will put our 3-part logo in countless color combos on. i want the customize screen to begin with the blank tee (or hoodie, or bag, whatever they chose on the previous screen) and then begin the customization. i’m not understanding your proposed solution. can you explain further?

i also sent some follow-up questions regarding the purchase confirmation page and email content. it looks wonky and is missing the important information of the choices.
