That link does bring up the login box, but when i log in I just get a white page with the same list of errors as on the custom login page. If i then go to another page on the website, the toolbar isnt there, so it doesn’t appear to have actually logged in.

An online article suggested that.

The host is Ionos.

I tried adding cpanel to the domain in varoius ways and can’t get in that way. The host doesn’t know how to do it and I can’t access his account to do it for him. Sorry!

There was one to the host around 3 weeks ago, but it hasn’t caused any problems between now and then. It was sent as I was working on code snippets and I corrected what I think was the error at the time, before I was even forwarded the error email.

Sorry, the diagram has reformatted when i’ve sent.

I haven’t switched the theme yet, I cant until this page displays correctly. Is there any way i can send you a screenshot of the preview mode? In the meantime, I’ve tried to draw a diagram below of how its displaying, the rectangle on the left is where the menu sits in the soho theme, to the right of that and going down on the far right is a background image that’s displaying and the bottom left box is where the donation form is displaying, it also has a scroll bar on the right hand side of the form, which none of the other pages have, they just use the existing scroll bar on the far right.
