In reply to: [WordPress MU Domain Mapping] Images not showing upNevermind, it was a .htaccess issue.

In reply to: [Plugin: Google Analytics Dashboard] ErrorsI’m getting the same exact error as mr_alucas. Will there be an update of this plugin to fix it?

In reply to: [Plugin: WP Super Cache] No Super-Cache filesI’m having this exact same problem. Is there a solution? Is it something to do with my server? Because I was told my host that I was pretty much required to use Super Cache, but if it’s only working half-way that doesn’t really help me.

In reply to: Add Media: Image insists on opening full-pageNevermind. I de-activated all my plugins again and figured out the problem was the Sociable plugin. After I upgraded that the media uploader started working again.

In reply to: Add Media: Image insists on opening full-pageI’m having this same exact problem. I have another WP install on the same server that works absolutely fine. I reinstalled 2.6 twice, did everything else mentioned above. Anyone have any clue why this is happening and how to fix it??

In reply to: [Plugin: WP Super Cache] Super Cache killed my RSS feedHas anyone found a working solution for this because the same thing is happening to me, but none of fixes listed here have worked. The problem seems specifically to be with Bloglines, so it might not be the plugin’s fault, but I would still like to be able to use supercache and I can’t if I want my bloglines readers to be able to read new posts. (It hasn’t even updated despite deleting my cache several times.)
The very weird thing is that if I subscribe to the feed I have listed as the original feed in Feedburner (https://myblog.com/feed/rss2) the feed works fine, but my actual feedburner feed won’t update in bloglines, despite that fact that when I view it in feedburner, it’s showing all my new posts.
Is this just a problem with bloglines and/or feedburner?

In reply to: [Plugin: Members Only] Not working – Redirect ErrorI think that may be the issue. I just checked the permalinks on the 2.5 blog and they are kind of strange. It’s trying to insert index.php after everything (like jurgennation.com/index.php or jurgennation.com/index.php/archives/, etc.). It didn’t used to be like that, so I’m not sure if they recently made some changes to the server or what. But I went and changed the redirection page to index.php/registration (which I verified is the correct page url), thinking that might fix it, but I still got the error after I logged out and tried going to the site.
On the 2.3.3 blog where it’s working perfectly, I do have nice permalinks (year/month/day/name).

In reply to: [Plugin: Members Only] Not working – Redirect ErrorI’m using 0.5.1 and it works fine if I just want it to go to the login page, but I really want it to redirect to a specific page and I’m still getting that error when I try. I cleared my cache and I even tried a different browser and I got an error page there, too (it just said page not found, it wasn’t specific).
The weird thing is that I’m using this plugin on another blog (using WP 2.3.3) on a different server and it’s working perfectly, so maybe that means it’s some kind of server misconfiguration issue? I don’t mind talking to my host but I don’t really know what to tell them is wrong. Any ideas?

In reply to: “Write” page freezesNow the two authors of the blog are reporting not being able to post at all (the page just never finishes loading), the image uploader not working, not being able to delete posts or add categories. All of that is working fine for me, I’m just having the initial freezing problem, so I don’t really understand what’s going on here.

In reply to: Posts are truncated after TypePad importI looked more closely at the export file and the exact places that it was cutting posts off and they all turned out to be at apostrophes, quotation marks and dashes. I guess it was a different character encoding that the importer couldn’t read? Thank god for find and replace in my HTML editor or that would have been a tedious fix.
Still though, is this something that could be fixed more easily than having to edit all her entries from the import file? If I changed the character encoding setting in WP would that make the importer work correctly? (Although, I don’t really know how to find out what character encoding TypePad uses.) Just wondering for future reference.

In reply to: Why are my comments on my index page?Never mind, I just copied in an older version of wp-comments.php and the problem went away.

In reply to: Why are my comments on my index page?Nope, when I take that out, it does disappear off the index page, but it also disappears off the comments page, too.
Here’s drop-down comments:

In reply to: Why are my comments on my index page?Putting it inside the loop only makes it show the comments of all the posts instead of just the comments of the bottom post like it was before.
