@fabaff01 Thank you for sending us the system check. Can you please try to disable async archiving? You can do this by editing the wp-config.php and adding the following line:

@schaipau was the issue fixed after changing the wp-config.php file? If not that doesn’t fix the issue, can you please switch the php version to 7.* or 8.1.
Most of the shared hosting plan, have access to cpanel. Will you be able to go to File manager and the script to wp-config.php file:?

I would recommend to contact your hosting provider and ask for their help to add it.

Hello @chrisstanyon this PR may fix this issue.?https://github.com/matomo-org/tag-manager/issues/300. It should be deployed in the next Matomo release.
Hi @aforumuser As much as we’d love to help, it has something to do with the settings of your database inside your hosting server. I would recommend to check the settings on your control panel or contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hello @chrisstanyon Can you please confirm that you are not using another ecommerce plugin and the ecommerce on your Matomo for WordPress is enabled. To check, please login to your WP-admin, go to Matomo Analytics > Settings > Tracking tab > Enable Ecommerce.
