@valentinalisch Sorry for the late response. Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
On your other question, Matomo for WordPress files are inside your WordPress website files directory and it’s not possible to use another path. The workaround for this is to use the Matomo On-Premise which you can install in another path.Forum: Plugins

Hello @jurmac sorry for the delay.
Since you are not using a multisite, can you please try to execute the following query:
select idsite, name, main_url, ts_created from wp_matomo_site;If you have more than one record, there is a problem.
You’ll have to investigate if there were some data for all sites or there is one which is just here for nothing. To do so, please run a query similar to:
select ’03’ as month, idsite, count(*) from wp_matomo_archive_blob_2023_03 group by idsite union select ’02’ as month, idsite, count(*) from wp_matomo_archive_blob_2023_02 group by idsite union select ’01’ as month, idsite, count(*) from wp_matomo_archive_blob_2023_01 group by idsite; You must adapt it to include all months between the two ts_created you found in the previous query.
If you see in this SQL query output that there is an idsite which is never used and if this idsite is NOT the one you can find in his system report under “Matomo Blog idSite”, then? you can delete the record in the wp_matomo_site table which matches this idSite.
@chrisstanyon I do apologize for the late response.
If the PR does not fix the problem, kindly open a issue in the tag manager repository which is on this link https://github.com/matomo-org/tag-manager/issues
Another option is to switch to Matomo On-Premise. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.Forum: Plugins

Hi @cassi0712
The webserver restart is the important part of this. But you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Save your config.ini.php
- Delete (or move) your current Matomo folder
- Upload a fresh copy of it and put saved config in it
Please let us know how it goes.
