Can’t get this issue solved…

I have tried going back to minimal configuration (no theme, no plugin) but it keeps on poping anytime i click of focus on an element.

This only happens in EDIT mode.

I noticed that, beside I use a French version of worpdress, i have this english string near the ‘Add media’ button.

But it stil appears if i switch WP to en_US language.
So it’s not the translation i guess.
