In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Shipping showing up for ticket salesEDIT to add! I stand corrected. When I set up the last ticket to sell I set the product as a ticket but forgot to select Virtual.
Now that selected the Virtual checkbox on my active ticket item for sale – shipping is no longer showing & I disabled the shipping plugin I mentioned above.

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Shipping showing up for ticket salesHi – Yes I always had shipping enabled. The tickets that were sold before the last opentickets upgrade never showed a shipping option / the customer was never charged for shipping.
Now with the newest tickets I created the shipping costs appeared.
Is there a way to hide shipping when a customer is purchasing tickets?
Shipping needs to be enabled as this site sells regular product too.if Not – I have installed this plugin

Another update. I went in to look at customers tickets and it was showing the wrong time. So I went back & edited in phpmyadmin.

I changed the minus 4 back to the minus 5.
going forward I’m going to assume any new tickets should show the correct time.A quick update. I went into the database via phpmyadmin. I found the value for my event under wp_postmeta being my event was posting the wrong time for 1 hr later I changed the meta value to read like this
2016-12-10T14:00:00-04:00
where the minus 4 is at the end it used to say minus 5
now with the minus 4 on both start & end meta values when I go in to look at a text ticket on the customers side it is showing the right time — for now. I’m curious what might happen on Nov 6
I hope to see a regular fix for this in a software update soon

There were no problem with times until I did the last update.
I have community edition v2.5.0I recently added two new events this past week since I upgraded the plugin. Each shows correct time on calendar BUT when I created the events I noticed the URL was wrong so I edited url manually. https://sportsworld-usa.com/calendar/
When I added a test ticket order — on the customer side the ticket is showing the wrong time! It is showing 1 hr later start & end time.

I’m not sure where these meta fields are to edit?BUT what will happen after Nov 6?

You also need to get a google api key. Once you get the key I believe you add it to the opentickets settings. You need to activae the key first so it works properly. hope this helps!
