@fionah77 @duckbell Yes! the developers of wholesale prices plugin did troubleshooting on one of my test sites. Went to ver 2.1.3 after it still threw an error they went to ver 2.1.4 Its working good on my live site now.

following – same thing happened here. version 2.1.1 works after that its been throwing errors

fixed – it is a setting in divi to set the drop down menu text color

ps. I have this in custom css

@fionah77 excellent. thanks for the update. I might install a test site to allow the developer troubleshoot. I hope to find the fix – the plugin seems right for this client site I was using it on. enjoy the day!

Great! so it sounds the plugin newest version 2.1.2 is not compatible with divi. I contacted the plugins developers. If I have any news I’ll post back here. @fionah77

@fionah77 are you using divi & the wholesale prices plugin?

I had the same error – after restoring from a backup that I knew was working. I discovered the plugin that gave that error is this,

WooCommerce Wholesale Prices
WooCommerce Extension to Provide Wholesale Prices Functionality
Version 2.1.1 | By Rymera Web Co

If you update to the wholesale prices to version 2.1.2 it will break the divi and not allow me to edit pages.

So if you have that plugin try disabling it or revert back to version 2.1.1

I just upgraded a site php version from 7 to 7.2 where I been using opentickets for a while now. I had to deactivate all plugins and while I was reactivating I got this error (see below). I posted here since it seemed to be the same error type?

quick follow up.. I noticed earlier today that there was a Opentickets community edition plugin update.. so I went ahead & updated to the newest woocommerce ver 3 and then updated the Opentickets plugin.

So far it seems like everything is functioning properly. I can view tickets & reports.

unfortunately I updated woocommerce on a live site & Opentickets is now broken for me.

Any estimate when a update for opentickets might get released?

issues I have found so far is,
– error viewing tickets
– error viewing reports
– when I listed a new event in new products — it appeared in shop like a regular item. I went on to list the event – hid the item from the shop by setting it as a draft. which allows it to show as a regular event.

I’m having this same problem. Woocomemrce has been updated with my theme update.

Is there any word on a new release of Opentickets? that will work with the newest woocommerce?

also reports option is not working either.

Any help from opentickets tech support is appreciated.
