In reply to: [Edin] Editing footer creditsI figured I messed up. I want to change the footer credits and add my own copyright line along with it. Where exactly do I place the edited php?

In reply to: [Edin] Reducing Featured Image heightOh crap, I just hit Submit, and it hit me. The padding is the space between text and the edge of the image. The Lessons page image was smaller because there were fewer lines of text. Major derp. Thanks

In reply to: [Edin] Reducing Featured Image heightThanks for the reply.
I was trying to reduce the height of the Front Page image with that, but it affected other pages. IE if you look at the image in the Front page, I set the same image to the Music Lesson page. The image in the Music Lesson page is half the height of the Front Page. I’m messing up somewhere, but not sure where.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Edin] Need help with sections on front pageI think you need to use the GRID template for your home page, instead of the FRONT PAGE template to get more sections underneath.

In reply to: [Edin] Limiting text in Featured Page 1, 2, 3 area’sTa-da. It worked.
At first I couldn’t find the option for a page excerpt, but it had to be turned on in Screen Options. Once I checked the box, it was there.
Thanks for the solution. I’ll be back.Forum: Themes and Templates

In reply to: Blog page and posts= 404 errorI did read that through…even followed the links to other related articles. I don’t want to make this too complex and it looks like there no simple way to do it so I will stick with the WP default “ugly” structure.
Thanks again.

In reply to: Blog page and posts= 404 errorThank you both. I reset to default settings and it all works. I guess it’s because I used %page% as my custom structure. That doesn’t work with posts I guess. Is there a structure word that would work on both pages and posts? I was hoping to a structure of https://www.domain.com/pagename without screwing up my post links.
Thanks,
BJ
