I’m starting to think the issue goes a bit deeper than the plugin since I’m not able to send out emails of any kind from WordPress. I don’t get comment emails, new user emails, or even password reset emails. It’s like they all are sent to some mysterious black hole.

Thanks again. So I decided to troubleshoot by installing the plugin on another blog I use that is also hosted by GoDaddy and I’m able to get the test email template emails just fine. Since Subscribe2 had been working perfectly for the first few months and seems to have stopped right after upgrading WordPress and the plugin could it have been broken somehow due to the upgrade?

Thanks for the quick response! I tried to explain it to them on my last call with them and they seem to have gotten a bit irritated with me (which is a first for me with GoDaddy). I’m pretty sure that my client is not very open to switching and I’m wondering if there is a work around available? I tried SMTP with no luck and even tried to use GoDaddy’s SMTP server but I get a spam error in the debugger…

Any suggestions? I’m stuck the same thing happens when I try to use The Events Calendar plugin. I think it my be some sort of script conflict.

Yes I am using a custom. I have tried to delete and re-install the plugin but it still does not work. Unfortunately I cant use it on its own URL until this problem is resolved since this will be a replacement for another site. My client wants it fully functional before the move.
