at first you have to setup:

1. create tags (3. plugin menu – ad review tags or something like this)
2. add tags to each review (open customer review -> add tag what you create before in point 1)

It′s strange that my child theme css couldn′t rewrite your plugin CSS. It′s ok to copy plugin CSS folder to chilld theme folder?
