You can fix it the following way: in the file wp-content\plugins\mobile-assistant-connector\option.php you need to find the function add_menu_page and comment the last parameter (an image URL), and also comment a comma before it.

In case you do not have skills to do it – this message should not cause any issues and will be fixed in the next release of connector module.

Besides Mobile Assistant connector settings in the admin, make sure the notifications about order status change are unchecked:

1. in ‘Advanced settings’ in Mobile Assistant application;
2. on your mobile device (in app&notification settings for Mobile Assistant).

As for the push notifications – did you start using any plugins, including for orders? Mobile Assistant is intended to work with the default functionality and may not work with all the third-party plugins.

This message appears if you are using some orders customization (order plugin, custom order status etc.).

Mobile Assistant is designed to work with the default functionality and may not work with all plugins and customizations. In this case, when creating or editing an order, our module tries to send notifications, but it does not receive all the necessary data, and correspondingly, an error occurs that cannot be processed by WordPress itself.

As a workaround, you can temporarily disable notifications to make this message disappear.

Most likely, the message you get is related to orders customization you are probably using (order plugin, custom order status etc.).

As Mobile Assistant is intended to work with the default functionality, when creating/editing an order, our module tries to send notifications, but it does not receive all the necessary data, and correspondingly, an error occurs that cannot be processed by WordPress itself.

As a workaround, you can disable notifications to get rid of the message.

Our connector module automatically sends notifications after editing or creating an order, using the default functionality of WordPress.

The error you are facing does not occur on the side of the connector, but on the side of the default functionality – we tested its work on test stores and could not reproduce the issue.

If you have custom order statuses or some order customization plugins – this can be a reason of the error message, as the application is intended to work with default shopping cart functionality.

We can recommend to disable notifications to get rid of the error message.
