I watched your tutorial video 3 times and then set up the trial gallery. I don’t know anything about a ‘bundled lightbox’?
Is there any possibility that FTG is being adversely affected by the other gallery plugin?
I will try deactivating it.

Thankyou for your help.
I went to the client’s service provider and they offered to roll back to pre-update and we are working again. They have a concern that the malfunction occurred because of one of the plugins being used on the site.

Hello,
I am hoping you can help me with a similar issue. I have just updated to the latest version of wordpress and am now locked out with this error message:
Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Post_Type’ not found in /var/www/vip15/sites/vip0447923/httpd/htdocs/wp-includes/post.php on line 1031
Unlike Pam, I have limited knowledge of the inner workings of the sytem and would really appreciate some help / guidance please.

Update:
I have just opened this account in filezilla – I use WinSCP – and the required 404 file is opening correctly on the server.
I have tried the WinSCP help files but find nothing to explain this. When I open the same file using WinSCP it shows as blank – empty.
