Hi there,
Unfortunately I am not seeing any AddThis code in the source code of the page. Can you confirm the URL?

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Mozilla Firefox browser problemHi there,
Thanks for contacting AddThis Support!
Firefox enabled a feature called Tracking Protection with Firefox 42.0 that blocks sites from tracking online behavior in Private Browsing windows by default, as well as regular browsing windows if a Firefox user has that enabled. Unfortunately, that also prevents our tools from displaying to those users and it’s out of our control.
For instructions on disabling Tracking Protection, see “this article from the Mozilla support site”:https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tracking-protection-pbm.
Please let me know if you need further assistance and thanks so much for using AddThis!

Hi there,
Because of the current tool configurators, by default, the share buttons won’t show on mobile devices >979px. We’re working on a different interface in our dashboard, which will correct this issue.
In the meantime, what you can do is create a second set of Floating Share Buttons. On one of the floating tools, you would set it to hide on desktop. Then set the other tool to hide on mobile. Then adjust the Responsive Width according to your preferences. To ensure that the buttons appear on your tablet, you would want to increase the Responsive Width for the mobile only tool to a width slightly higher than on the iPad.
Check out this video that walks through the process: https://www.screencast.com/t/J9ReZatDneF

Elsa.Hi there,
Thanks for contacting AddThis Support!
I am not seeing any share count in the pages I visited. Can you share the exact page link?
The share counts in the AddThis Dashboard represent the total number of times an AddThis share button is clicked, whereas the share counters on the frontend of your site are pulling directly from the respective social service’s API, each of which tracks share counts differently (e.g. AddThis tracks a single click as a share, whereas Facebook tracks shares, likes, and comments as “shares.”)
You can find more information about our share counts at the “AddThis Academy”:https://www.addthis.com/academy/?s=share+count?utm_source=support&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=support.
Unfortunately we do not store the information of the people who shares.
Please let me know if you need further assistance and thanks so much for using AddThis!

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] PHP notice in huge numbersHi there,
It looks like what is showing are notices rather than errors. You most likely have PHP notices enabled, which are typically not recommended for use on production sites. You can disable the notices by adjusting error_reporting or within php.ini.
https://php.net/manual/en/function.error-reporting.php
https://php.net/manual/en/errorfunc.configuration.php#ini.display-errorsWe’ll create a ticket in the meantime to get this notice fixed in a future release version of the plugin.
