Hi smiinvest,
That is interesting your emails have been sent to your spam folder. Every quiz is suppose to save there results. Your quiz is set to either the Points system or the Correct/Incorrect system?
Hi smiinvest,
Thanks for using our plugin!
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. Lets try a few troubleshooting techniques:
1. Switch to the default theme such as Twenty Fifteen, does your problem still persist?
2. De-activate all other plugins, does your problem still persist?
If that solves the problem, re-activate your plugins one at a time and test if the problem re-appears. If so, let us know which plugin caused it.3. Try switching to another browser. Does your problem still persist?
Also, check that all of your options for your emails carried over correctly.
Hi sirspence,
Thanks for using our plugin!
Yes, it is possible to add either comments to each individual question or a user comments area at the end of the quiz.
To add a comment field to the question simply select the option in the Question Options area for that specific question below the text area where you enter the question.
To enable a comment field at the end of the quiz navigate to the Options tab. Scroll down until see “Would you like a place for the user to enter comments?”. Have this question set to Yes.
Hi mikebrad,
After some extensive testing we have found a bug within the leaderboard widget. We are releasing a small update in the next few days and we will have that fix in it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks for using our plugin!

The only error that is from our plugin is the undefined index error but we have never seen that index undefined before.
Hi sdsiteseen,
Thanks for using our plugin!
The class that is needed for changing the properties of the Next/Previous buttons is this: mlw_qmn_quiz_link. Try using the alignment options in that class and see if that might work for you.
You should be able to override the look of the button by using CSS. You would have to find an arrow image that is probably icon size and just set the html to call that image instead of the button.
Hi sistem978,
All hosts have a way for you to get to the backend of your site which will give you access to everything from databases to configuration files. There should be an area called databases. Your databases might be prefixed with something but it will be mlw_quizzes and mlw_questions that you will have to export to another site. Then, on your new site you will import the databases.
When you export you create a file that is downloaded to your computer.
Hi jlynch401,
Thank you for using our plugin!
Unfortunately, our plugin does not allow for a bulk upload of questions. If you have similar questions you can use our duplicate feature and create a bunch of questions very quickly. We will add this to feature request list for you.
Hi Lyern,
We are very happy you were able to get it fixed. As always if you have any other questions feel free to post in the forums again or create a support ticket through the plugin.
Hi Lyern,
Thank you for using our plugin!
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
On the Email tab do you have both of those questions answered about sending out email. The first question deals with the users receiving email and the second deals with admins receiving email?
The next field is where you enter the email you want the results to be sent from. Make sure the email address is correct and there is not any strange spacing or anything in that field. Also, check to make sure that the From name that is right below the email field is also free of strange spacing.
If its still not working lets try something else. If you can install a plugin called Check Email. It is free and is in the WordPress repository. Once it is installed an option under the Tools tab called Check Email in the admin panel will show up. Click on that. You should then see your email server already listed and just type in the email address you would like to test. Let us know if you get an email.
Hi mytasksitepm,
In order to change the pagination navigate to the file called qmn_pagination.js. Scroll all the way down to lines 190 and 196. On these lines you will see a 0. Change that 0 to a 1 and save changes.
We want to warn you though that since you are modifying core files if you decide to update the plugin your changes will be lost. We had our particular way because of compatibility problems in certain browsers. You will also have to reset your browser cache in order to see the changes.
If you do want to modify how the email system works navigate to the file called qmn_options_emails_tab
Hi bossya,
When you say you want to modify the messaging system what do you mean? Any modifications done to the core files are changed back to there original version when you update.
We try to get updates out as often as possible. Some are larger updates some are just bug fixes and the like.
Hello mytasksitepm,
I am glad you were able to figure out a workaround. We will definitely try to roll a solution like this into a future update.
