Hi Jay,

I tried that and looks like it’s the same process I mentioned before where I get an Access Code every time I open the plugin after being logged off the website for a bit.

My tracking code doesn’t show up at all! In my General Settings, I see Joshua can choose different items for “Select View” but mine is grayed out and this data is just blank:

View Name:
Tracking ID:
Default URL:
Time Zone:

I have to authenticate it every time I load the website and go to the plugin, so I don’t think that’s the issue.

My General Settings are blank, unlike @joshuacasper’s. A third party set up our website, so maybe I don’t have the appropriate permissions, but my account is an Administrator.

I don’t have any errors, either.
