In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Problem with the event add to cartThe screenshot you sent is of the production version. There is also an old AIOSEO plugin, thanks to which each visit to a product triggers an add to cart event. In the test version of my store, after replacing the plugin with another one, there are no more incorrect additions to the cart, but the correct ones are not saved either. I check the Meta event testing and in the current configuration, the add to cart events are also not recorded.
I am attaching a video in which you can see that after adding to the cart, it records the click of the button, but does not record the add to cart action. It doesn’t read this action in the Facebook ads manager either.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Problem with the event add to cartHi,
I managed to find the plugin that was causing the error. It was an AIOSEO plugin. After disabling it and replacing it with another plugin, the error stopped appearing. Now I have another problem, the Facebook plugin is not collecting my add to cart events properly. When added to cart, the “Button Click Automatically Detected” event is collected, but the add to cart event is not collected. My store uses AJAX technology. Can I ask for help on what to do to ensure that additions to the cart are collected correctly?

Are you planning to introduce such a solution? I guess it’s no wonder that companies using the PPOM plugin want to charge the full price for an additional option, because they are rarely discounted. Another plugin gave me some code that I put into my site code and that solved the problem. Maybe there is some function code that will help you?
This doesn’t solve my problem. This means that the fee is added once, regardless of the number of products purchased. If a customer buys 3 products with the same additional option – with the option you choose enabled – the cost of the add-on is added once (i.e. it is even cheaper). There is a similar problem with the text field – if I check this field, the costs are added to one product and not to all of them.
I would like it to look like this:
That was it! Thank you for your immediate help! ??
That’s not quite what I meant. I want the offer to be displayed to everyone (I don’t want to exclude those who used a discount code). The point is that when using a discount code, it should not affect the price of the product in the offer. Let me give an example:
We have a promotion now – 20% off the ENTIRE RANGE when using the discount code ABC. In the offer (plugin), we propose a product with a discount reduced from $200 to $100. Currently, after adding the offer, the discount code also starts to work on the product from the offer, so an additional 20% is deducted from the offered $100. I don’t want the products from the offer to be covered by the discount code. I can’t exclude these products in the coupon settings because if someone wants to buy the product at regular offer (not using the special offer) – the discount coupon won’t work.
In the previous ORDER BUMP plugin, there was a checkbox to check – exclude from discount coupon calculations.PRO plugin, still not compatible with HPOS. When will that change?
