Problem solved. It wasn’t Cleantalk, but my host, that did make problems…

yes, I use MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium.
When I activate Security by CleanTalk, it is the firewall, that blocked Mailpoet in a way, so it won’t send newsletters out…
