In menus use custom links with /catalog/?filters=product_cat[dishes]

Question is:
Category filter didn’t work on category page, because
filtering content by category in this chosen category/
For example:
Filtering category “Auto” in category “Dishes”
View links:
/product-category/dishes/ – category link
/product-category/dishes/?filters=product_cat[auto] – link when i choose other category in filter.
