For some reason I was convinced I had already tried that. How embarrassing.

I am suffering from the same problem (this time Germany) and have found more than one unsolved thread on it. Seems an issue.

Banco Sabadell tells me their gateway does not request the Province field to finalize the payment so I find myself more confused than ever as to why the customers receive the message that they must enter it to buy anything?

Please someone help me work out what the problem is here.

Your answer makes it seem to me that the problem could be that my payment gateway requires something in the ‘Province’ field… The gateway is by Banco Sabadell so I think we may have to take it up with them! Should I find a solution I will post it here.
