Ninja Team has provided us with a version they claim fixes the issue.

Initial testing shows that the issue does indeed seem fixed. As such, we’ve enabled the PRO version of your plugin.

Hey. I just wanted to update you that Ninja Team has acknowledged the issue and they’re looking into it. We just prompted them for an update on the case.

Most notably, Sucuri allows filtering and/or outright disabling these notifications. I was under the impression that I have the notifications disabled – meaning WooCommerce Admin is doing something that breaks Sucuri’s ability to ignore these changes.

Even if WCA fixes their stuff, I think it’d be worthwhile for the Sucuri team to look into exactly how their filtering system failed to filter this one out.

Yes, we’re aware that this is coming from WooCommerce Admin. However, for some reason it’s Sucuri that’s sending these notifications. Disabling WooCommerce Admin is a half-measure – the solution won’t be complete until either one is updated to fix the issue.

As I understand, the issue stems from core WordPress design philosophy (“everything is a kind of post”) being applied to things which are most decidedly NOT intended to be content.

So, is there anything I can do about this? We’re further 60 e-mails in.

… still, now that I re-read everything you’ve written – why would it break their own plugin? The data that is being cleared is Filebird’s data (folder association).

Does this happen because FooGallery attaches some of its own data, and Filebird then removes all of it because it fails to understand some of it?

Also, who do I contact to fix the VAT ID mixup and get a refund on the tax?

Also, who do I ask if I need to correct the invoice and the billing amount? I failed to put the VAT ID in before submitting, things’re a little hectic (expected to deliver website in about a week, still not done w/ the damn galleries!).

Hey, did you get that done by any chance? The plugin we were using was pulled from www.remarpro.com and there’s slight panic going around. ;]

I know that currently it’s not possible – that’s why we wrote, because we need that to be possible ASAP.

For now, we’ve modified your plugin code to include the additional “wp1s-image” class – this already fixes the issue we were having with lazy loading breaking WP1S.

Please make this a reality in the next update. We don’t really care if it’s editable or not, we just want a class to target wp1s slide images to exclude them from lazy loading.

Yeah, same – not cool to keep their customers in the dark like this. I have yet to receive a reply on my support request, and my boss is fidgeting something fierce – just about ready to abort and look for a different plugin.

Hey. So, my boss made a judgement call and purchased a different gallery plugin for our use. As such, we won’t be purchasing your gallery right now.

This is a heads-up so that you don’t unnecessarily waste time you could be spending elsewhere.

I hope you didn’t sink too much time into this (though you may still wish to make your gallery compatible with FileBird), and apologise for the change of plans.

Between you and me, your plugin looks and feels better, but the decision has been made.

No, that was my typo in the first post — I wrote “maxbgalleria-” when it should be “maxgalleria”.

Not that I’m aware. I do run a multisite, however, and this occurs when I attempt to Network Activate the plugin.

Also, I made a typo in the filename – there’s an extra b there, the filename should of course be

maxgalleria-media-library.php
