Thanks. I’m running again — now adding the plugins back…one by one.

BTW, I’m eager to make a proper backup now — but the WP-Backup plugin (an other similar ones) are telling me they “are not tested with WP 3.0.” Is that a good enough reason for me not to try them now? Alternatives?

No response from the theme renaming. What’s our next step?

Just so I understand…

In FTP, I’ve navigated to wp-content – Themes. My theme is Thesis_1.6. So you’re suggesting that I simply change the name of that folder — so that WP will automatically switch to the “default” theme? Is that correct?

And if that works, what next?

BTW I’m assuming that my “Theme.zip” and “Plugin.zip” email backups are NOT the full database backup I should be making every day?

Joe’s Widget does work. But I’ve been unable to access them — for selection, deletion, addition.

Any ideas on how I should tweak my installation? Thanks…
