To Edit the Text in the Widget follow these steps:
1. Please go to the “Admin” section by clicking the “gear” icon at the bottom left section.
2. Select the “Property” you would like to customize.
3. Select Chat Widget in the sidebar.
4. In the Widget Content section, select “Edit Content”.
5. When a visitor interacts with the widget on your site it can be in one of three states: Online, Away, or Offline. You can customize your message for each widget state by making changes to the Heading and Text Area cards in your widget. You can also add a Pre-Chat Form to collect visitor details before a chat.
