I have just the downloadable option checked. I’m assuming that’s the issue? Should I have both checked or just virtual? (It’s a downloadable e-book.)

I’m still not finding the order notes. This is the screen that comes up when I go to Woocommerce > Orders

Not seeing where to find order notes from there. Must be missing something obvious…

Thanks for response.
I took screen shots and made pics and can upload those but don’t see a way to do it here.
fyi for below: I only have one item for sale at this time (an e-book).
Re: Your instructions, I go to Products > All Products > and the one product I have shows up on the list. I do not see any tab or any field that says “order notes”.
The tabs I see are: “Add New” “Import” “Export”
The fields I see are: Name, SKU, Stock, Price, Categories, Tags, Star Symbol (Featured), Box Symbol (Type), Date, Stats
Above that are the drop downs: Bulk Actions, Select Category, Filter by Product Type, Filter by Stock Status
When I click on the product, I also do not see any tab or field for “order notes”.
I must be missing something (re: uploading pics here and finding “order notes”)?

So sorry. I just remembered – I deactivated all of my plugins briefly because I was having a glitch and wanted to see what was causing it. Problem solved!

Thanks so much for getting back to me and thanks for the nice words about the site!
For now I’m not planning on using the ribbon, but if it becomes an issue in the future, I can repost.
On another note, I think there was an option for me to allow Hestia/ThemeIsle to collect info from my site for the purposes of gathering info about how the theme is working, generally. I can’t find that option (I’m sure I x’d it at some point), but I think it would be good to do as some glitches do come up here and there. Is there a way to do that?

The background color for the ribbon section is still white, but I disabled all front page sections except the big title and ribbon. If you need me to enable those again, let me know.
But, actually, I like the simplicity of just the big title and ribbon, so it works for me as is, ie, with white background for ribbon section.

Thought I’d jump in here as I’m having the same problem and it has been going on for a long time. As far as I can tell, I am unsubscribed from everything, ie, when I go to my subscriptions page, it says I am not subscribed to anything.
The current emails are coming from the “Wordfence Security – Firewall & Malware Scan. When I go to that forum, I see at the top of the page that I am not subscribed.
Where else do I need to look and/or what else do I need to do to stop receiving these emails?

Thanks so much for your reply.
It uninstalled itself on a day when I didn’t log into my site, so it wasn’t related to any action I did. I just logged on the next day and discovered that when I clicked on the website name from the back end to view the front end, a message that there were no Hestia theme files showed up. My hosting company confirmed that there were no files.
I did not test out the “home” button on the menu bar at that time because the page did not come up. It was only after I re-installed the Hestia theme, and also added the “About” section in the customizer, that I clicked on that menu item and found that it linked to the home page I created when I first set up the site. It didn’t occur to me that there might be an issue there, so I didn’t check right away.

EllenI seem to have fixed the problem by deleting my self-created home page and renaming the Hestia default front page to “Home”.
Would love feedback, though, on why the theme might have uninstalled itself and also why the homepage suddenly didn’t link to the front page………
