Sterndata, I have a maintenance page up at the moment so you will not be able to see it.

Cedcommerce, I’ve tried this but unfortunately anytime I add code to a php file my website disappears and I need to into Bluehost and remove the code in order to even see my website (that’s why I mentioned above that I’m not comfortable doing that)

I still have no been able to resolve this issue so any suggestions from people would be greatly appreciated ??

The Google test also says that my site is not mobile friendly. I have been on the WordPress and Total Theme forums for days and have not been able to fix the problem still.

Ok I took a look at the CSS Media Queries, but to be honest my knowledge of these things is very limited and it was all gibberish to me!

I should add that I am using the Total Theme.

Thank you for the reply WooNinja. My theme does support responsive design, but when I check the box to activate responsiveness there is no change. I will take a look at the CSS Media Queries that you provided.

Thank you for your response Tobias. As I my knowledge of codes, etc…is very limited, do you have a suggestion on where I should place the short code? I originally went to the general Wordpres forums for assistance, and was sent to this forum here. Thanks!

Resolved through BlueHost

I spoke with BlueHost and they were able to resolve the problem.
