I managed to fix the problem by reinstalling WordPress. You can find the option under “updates” There is a button that says “Re-Install Now”

No, disabling Jetpack did not change anything.

No, I do not know how to be any more specific. I log in the page with the correct password and the page reloads instead of logging me in.

I am having this issue as well. I have made no plugin or theme changes and it just suddenly stopped working for some people, sometimes.
