I just deactivated Otter Blocks temporarily to see if that was the issue and that fixed the problems with the form style but completely broke the page. So it must be the Otter Blocks plugin causing the issue.
Thanks so much for the quick response!
SiteGround is our hosting platform and I hadn’t even noticed that they had installed the plugins when we added WordPress to the site.
I deactivated all three: SiteGround Central, SiteGround Optimizer, and SiteGround Security, and the problem seems to be persisting.
I made a new page and embedded the same form with the same settings I want, and it looks like it’s supposed to. It just doesn’t work right on the page I need it on.
Thank you so much for the quick response!
You are a lifesaver.
I usually find all the menus to be pretty understandable, but for some reason I just couldn’t figure this out.
I’ve just noticed that even legitimate comments are getting flagged as spam by Akismet, and everything is being held in the pending folder. This is becoming quite a hassle.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
We have quite a few installed plugins, but none that have anything to do with comments except Akismet. No new plugins installed in the last few weeks, but some have updated in that time period. I don’t have a list of which specific ones, though – is there a way to see the update history for all plugins somewhere?

In reply to: [WWM Social Share On Image Hover] Sharing links instead of imagesThanks for the response, Jobin!
My biggest problem is that the images themselves are not being shared, at least via Twitter. I can click the Twitter icon & in the box that appears, the title & meta detail of the page show up, but there’s no picture that posts.
Facebook doesn’t seem to be working at all – I can click it & nothing happens.
LinkedIn & Google Plus both seem to work just fine, and I don’t have a Tumblr or Pinterest to test.
