I have sent that information to you.
That would be great to get some debug info on it. Its the strangest thing, but keeps happening. We can’t reproduce it either but our clients are telling us over phone/via email and we can’t find a work around for them.

Just got my first email about someone outside the US having the issue – from Canada.

It isn’t anything to do with the payment gateways either as i have both paypal advanced and regular – neither option will allow them to “place an order

All people that have complained have all been our base country – USA addresses.

So from 5 days ago until this afternoon, we have not had any complaints.

All of a sudden, again we have seen the wrong country code (with a proper country selected) pop up again. I updated jigoshop this morning.

Any clues?

I have changed both extra fields added by the plugin to remove the – and add an _.

We will see if that helps (also deactivated two plugins that don’t need to be there until I need them)

I am getting these errors on the checkout page if this helps. The customers have been using different browsers, so its not a browser thing that I can see. I can’t replicate it myself, but we are getting plenty of phone calls/emails about it.

Yes it did fix it I believe.

I am confused though – my email is still set up as HTML even without that option enabled. I’m going to test if the emails appear differently if it is enabled. But glad its back to the way it was. thank you.

Thank you for your response. I think there has been some confusion.
I have already developed my custom HTML email to our customers. The problem and my question, is about the new green bar (see link) that got added to the emails in the new version. When I went to the code for the email, the bar wasn’t there to remove. The green and pink don’t work well and it just doesn’t look good. I don’t want the default emails, as I have already customized them with our colors and such to keep a consistent look.

Where is the update? I redownloaded it off my account page on jigoshop.com and the change log and file still say 1.7

Also, is there a character limit on the “email from name” area. I have 17 characters in the stores name, and only 16 show up in them email??

I’m confused. This has been part of Jigoshop since I started using it 2+ years ago.

If you used the Email Invoice button on an order that was pending, it would send an invoice. Included in that invoice would be a link that would take the customer back to the website without having to add all the items to the cart. and would just be for payment.

What about the other shortcodes for sales tax? found the shipping one.
