We have the same issue, as well as errors in payment processing.
I have tried hiding the Paypal radial with CSS, but the main payment button still defaults to Paypal vs Credit cards.
I’ve run into this issue as well. The Extensions are still on V3.x so we are unable to activate them. I’ve already had to roll back my entire site to recover the previous version of EventPrime.
An official release should not happen unless the official extensions are released in tandem. The vast majority of sites will have major issues if automatic updates are on.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Hide Time BugLooks like the feature was disabled in the current release. That is an OK workaround as I can list events with the radial checked and it will work once the bud is fixed.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] 3rd Party LinksThis is a great fix and THANK YOU!
IT LOOKS LIKE YOU MADE THE UPDATE SO THAT THIRD PARTY LINKS GO DIRECT TO THE SITE!!!! THANK YOU!
We will re-install and test. We’ll go pro FOR SURE if it works!
Thank You again!
I’ve updated all settings manually in each event and now it works.
Is there a way to bypass the event page? On our 3rd party linked events it takes them to an event page, then they have to click “get tickets now” to get redirected to the 3rd party site. It is very redundant.
We will have to fully build out every event that links to a 3rd party platform:(We’ve updated to the latest version on our staging site. The events do not show up on the calendar even though there are many in the list.
When there are no events, instead of showing an empty calendar it displays this message.Thank you for the response.
Is there an update that works with the rollback plugin?
I’ve tried updating to the latest version without the rollback, and even though there are many events, the calendar says that there are no events on the front end. It doesn’t even show a blank calendar, it just has that message.

I appologize for adding more but I am learning how to troubleshoot wordpress a but deeper. There are many error log entries of this error:

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Event Type ColorThe plugin Disables itself Automatically if it is not on the latest update******
I have multiple events showing up differently even though they all have the same settings. These are two day events in the same location and the same type. Different colors and some only cover a single day despite being set as two days.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Event Type ColorAfter doing some testing, it looks like the user is sent to an Event page no matter what options are selected. For example if I set it to open a new tab, the user gets sent to the event page, then upon clicking to buy a ticket they get a new tab…

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Event Type ColorI created a new sub Theme to apply to the calendar page to bypass the design issues.
THE BIG problem that the update has created is that when a user clicks on a calendar custom link, it takes them to the event page instead of the custom link,
Once on the Event page, if they click “buy ticker” THEN it takes them to the custom link. I do not have any design for these events or tickets as all of that is third party for these links. I need the calendar to link directly to the custom link like it did a week ago.
