You can still use these backups for restore/extract, the “error getting status” is just a GUI false positive.

Thank you, seems like an edge case given that it works on your other websites. I’ll suggest open a ticket with JetBackup team so one of the developers will have a look.
@connie1193 Have you tried the latest v2.0.2?
As per the latest changelog seems to be addressed
