Thanks for your answer – I see I can’t open a ticket because I am not yet a pro user
However, let me explain again – These are the 2 problems that I am having with conversational forms.

1. As I wrote above the same form that works on a regular page, stops working when I add it to a popup such as elementor popup. this has nothing to do with validation.

2. When scrolling the page down – the page will stop to scroll when it get to the section of the conversational form.

Can you please check these problems and fix them?

Would love to get an answer whenever possible – thanks

I do have antother problem
I am trying to grant the shop mamanger role access to the plugin, However, For some reason the plugin is not showing up in the menu of that user role.
It is showing up in the administaror user role menu

You where right about that I really had a problem with the code.
However, I have a similar problem with a PHP code

Here is the code that I am trying to use
add_filter( ‘cartflows_page_template’, ‘change_page_template’, 10, 1 );

function change_page_template( $page_template ){

return $page_template;
}
I have entered it into woody as needed as you can see here https://i.imgur.com/tl1pnvf.png only when adding the code into functios.php the code is working. Can you please help

I have added the code snippet – However, the code didn’t work and I still don’t see the Header and footer
2. there is another very big problem – I am using buddyboss and learndash – The problem is that when I activate your plugin my learndash groups dissaper and I am redirected to the root link of my site, however, when I disable your plugin everything works just fine
