It works now after disabling Load JS Deferred as you said, Thank you for the help Patrick.

Error message was: Error! Something went wrong during checkout and payment couldn’t be approved.

After dozens of attempts, disabled all plugins, missed with all JS settings, I deleted the PayPal field and re-added, and it worked fine. (I tried the same yesterday and it didn’t work, one change I did now is I disabled Load from Ajax from behavior). Fixed.
