That’s odd but I am glad it’s working again. May I know if you just installed the plugin to begin with today or updated it from an older version @legcommon ? We want to make sure there was no issue with the latest update.

@legcommon Hi, We just ran a test with Elementor v3.5.1 & Elementor Pro v3.5.2 – and it worked fine for us. Can you please disable any other 3rd party plugin and see if that helps? If so, please let us know which plugin made the conflict.

As for the query, we are still working on video and docs. There is no video for pro at the moment but we are hoping to get some good videos and articles up and running soon. Thanks for your interest.

I just tried with —

Elementor – Version 3.4.7
Elementor pro – Version 3.5.0
Elemailer – 1.0.4, and I see it works fine. Please do disable other plugins on your site temporarily and see if that helps to find out of it’s due to conflict with another addon/plugin.

Thanks for the video. Color is not working for you because you are trying to use the global color option which is not supported. Please directly use the color picker and it should work for you. But we agree that this is confusing and will keep this in our roadmap. About the other controls that you wanted, some of those are indeed not possible right now but we will continue to update and when possible will add those features.

As for typography please keep in mind due to email module by desing it doesn’t support fonts very well except for few default fonts. I hope this part is understable as not all email platform supports fonts well.

Hi, The update that we released fixed the issue. I see that your elemailer is still at v 1.0.2. Please update to v 1.0.3 and that will solve it.

If you don’t see update invitation, go to wp-admin > Update > Press the Check again button.

It happened due to elementor pro updated as they removed some old hooks. No worries, we have resolved the compatibility issue with elementor pro 3.5. So email should be working fine now. If not let us know.
