If the issue persists, it could be due to conflict with some other plugins on your site so I would request to disable other plugins except for Elementor pro, Elemailer Lite and Elementor and see if that helps.

Thank you for your interest. It’s a bit odd that you didn’t notice any contact method because our site has the chat system. Let me know if that was not visible at your end so that we can check if there are any issues.

1. It will not be possible because normal post if created with columns/ any other builder/ even elementor the layout will not be supported in emails.

2. Not possible to show them in Elementor posts widget but the pages are accessable publicly at the moment. But with WP hook it would be possible to allow these to show up in the elementor posts widget. But this sounds interesting and I will add this to feature request. You are welcome to add too if you want here- https://elemailer.com/feature-request/

3. Should be possible already but might have some unexpected output.

I did see there was as support request from a similar name 2 days ago and we replied to it as well as soon as we could depending on the situation not sure if it was yours.

As for the quality, we would love to know what we are missing and improve.

You are more than welcome to put support request here and as a free plugin we will support as best as we do to any other user.

We can confirm it’s working fine with latest versions of Elementor and Elementor pro. May I know if the editor Elementor works for your site’s other pages? If not, this could be due to conflict or due to server resource limitations. Kindly disable other plugin and test.

At the moment, there is no way to avoid the error ( except for rolling back Elementor for now unless we find a workaround ). As mentioned, we had to make a patch due to how Elementor changed the code & that code actually has some issues ( elementor issue ), as far as we understood.

In any case, I am more interested understanding how meta box can help you. Would you mind sharing details of this to our support portal so that we can understand the importance of having access of wp backend in that area and then, our dev team can re-think before they remove the access / find an alternative method for 3rd party plugin to integrate?

Thank you for reporting the issue. I could also see the error. But may I know why you would want to edit directly and not with Elementor? This is quite expected behavior for now since there were some changes to core code of Elementor for which we had to make a patch and direct access in the template should not be done in general as there is no purpose of it. In future we will probably have to disable the direct access of wp editing screen as it can cause other unexpected behavior as well.

Just so you know email systems are sophisticated for which many settings are not allowed because mail systems will not support them. But as time goes by I am sure they will provide modern css support and we can start adding them up.
