Can you please provide us with some context of the room cannot be found the problem as we are not able to reproduce this on our end. Are you logged in via the Super admin or a different role?
It would be really helpful if you could share the WP admin access to your site on our email([email protected]) so we could debug this properly & offer a solution.

Thank you for pointing out this issue. We have been able to reproduce this on our end specifically for Super admin on a WP Multisite environment and released the fix already in the v1.1.3 update

Thank you for bringing our attention to the issue with the test server credentials provided by Blindside Networks that the plugin was using. We responded to you by email and asked for more information.

Anyhow, I would like to let you know that we have taken prompt action and replaced them with working test server credentials in our 1.1.0 plugin update.

Please test with the latest version and if it works out for you I would highly appreciate it if you could revise your review of our plugin.
