Never mind! I figured it out. I had the name listing in the settings. Once I removed that and left it blank, the listing title was able to save.

I think there is a misunderstanding. This problem surfaced while I was logged in as admin.

I figured it out myself. Turns out that the custom page must be created and uploaded first before the dropdown will appear.
