In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Add reCaptcha for Data Requests (SPAM)Thanks Aert Hulsebos (@aahulsebos). That was a perfect fast and temporary fix. I was able to delete the first section from the page (“Introduction” through to the form itself). I left all other Complianz auto-generated text that was originally there that was after that first section (“Introduction”). I then added the Instruction back in (a block), then my customized form that has SPAM protection and reCaptcha built in (a second block). Of course the only issue is trying to keep the cookies sync’d with Complianz since it won’t sync on a go forth basis since I changed the form. Are you able to put the reCaptcha (or similar) added to the form onto a list of requested Complianz Plugin Updates?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Facebook Product Sets Not SyncingHi Igor, Thanks for your reply.
I managed to figure out how to resolve the sync. It looks like due to some previous Plugin Update what I had created before was not syncing. I deleted all Facebook Product Sets on my website and then have been recreating them one-by-one and they are appearing in Shops/Catalogs in Commerce Manager on Facebook/Meta.
The only last thing to resolve is how to add a Facebook Product Set image. I was able to do this in the Shop Builder, but now I cannot. It apparently has to be created in my website and synced but there is no feature/setting to do this? I was able to do this previously but now it is set to only display one product image or a grid of 4. It might be that this feature just is no longer available…
Here is what I have learned from my experience with the Plugin: I have not found a method to bulk delete. I just went through this for the past two days as I have duplicates in my catalog. The issue is they must be deleted from the API (the Plugin in WP Admin) because you aren’t able to delete directly in your catalog on Commerce Manager. That is an understandable feature to prevent issues.
In my case, I found out there was a Meta Pixel turned on as well as this PlugIn (via API) and it was causing duplicates. I disconnected the Meta Pixel and it removed the products from the catalog and no more duplicates. But if you Disconnect Store (the API – this Plugin) it does not delete the products that came from the API).
I also found some duplicates that had been added via API at some point due to some syncing issue and the only method I found was to handle them one-by-one in the WP Admin/WooCommerce Products section of my site.
The solution: Update the products individually. Go to All Products, choose the first product you want to edit. Choose “Delete Products On Facebook” and then “Update” your product in WP Admin: https://snipboard.io/OezxLY.jpg
Then you can turn on Do Not Sync (the “Update”) to stop it from adding the product back to your catalog. If you choose Do Not Sync without deleting it first, it will not delete the product that is already on Facebook. It will only stop the syncing.
If you try to bulk edit your products (screenshot): https://snipboard.io/mkpLSc.jpg and choose “Exclude From Sync” it does not delete from Facebook as that function does not delete the item that is in the Facebook Catalog it only stops syncing the product.
The other method to remove from the Facebook catalog is to choose Sync and Hide. This is one-by-one editing each product. This will hide the product but keep sync in place.
Yes, the above two methods are cumbersome but if it is a couple hundred, it can be done within a couple hours. Yes, it is not workable for thousands of products.
Please note that if you have Variable products (A main product with variations such as different colors or sizes), currently the PlugIn only gives the options on the variation (size or color) not the variable product (main product) so if you choose Sync and Hide while in the product edit area, it only hides the variation and not the variable (main product).
In this case, you must choose the first method: Delete Products On Facebook, then Update the products, then you must choose Do Not Sync, then Update the product.
Lastly, I did try to bulk edit in WordPress by exporting my products to CSV and changing the appropriate Facebook Meta fields and then reimporting the csv, but I was not able to successfully change it since I found no field that would accomplish “Delete Product On Facebook”. I tried various methods unsuccessfuly. Perhaps someone has figured that out.
I am sure Facebook/WooCommerce will eventually add a bulk edit “Delete Products On Facebook” feature or a feature that if you disconnect your store it will automatically delete your products that came from that store (from that API), but for now, that’s all I have figured out in the Plugin’s current state.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Delete CatalogI know for sure that the issue is because you turned on the feature to checkout on Facebook. If you change it back to checkout on your website, they will appear instock again. It is a bug that I too have been unable to resolve. Try that – it is a very quick fix. Go to Commerce Manager>Settings and change “Localized checkout methods” using the settings gear on the right (“Manage Settings”) to checkout on another website.

@rogierlankhorst Thank you! That did it. All good. Thank you for the prompt assistance.
@rogierlankhorst Thank you. I was able to get in after changing that folder name. Here is a screenshot where it is saying Really Simple SSL needs an update: https://snipboard.io/VQFG0K.jpg
Really Simple SSL Pro auto-updated at 1 a.m. EST today – 12 hours after Really Simple SSL. But that update did not resolve the login issue. What resolved it was renaming the Really SImple SSL plugin folder in my CPanel as you suggested. But, of course, this is a temporary fix.
How do I proceed?
P.S. This is the fatal error that began yesterday on my site after the Really Simple SSL plugin update:

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Products are appearing out of stock on FacebookI just discovered the same issue with my site. I don’t know how long it has been showing all stock as out of stock. But I did find out that if you have set up to Checkout On Facebook as opposed to your website, the Facebook “Quantity to Sell” field is required in order to show your products as In STock on Facebook. However, there is no field I have found to update it in Word Press/WooCommerce. It does not pull from Qty In Stock or similar fields.
I found this article from Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/560696898000137?id=725943027795860
Note that it says: “This information is relevant for sellers in the US using checkout on Facebook and Instagram.”
I did change the checkout method about 6 weeks ago, so I am suspecting that is when my products on Facebook were no longer showing as In Stock.
The issue I see if that the Facebook/WooCommerce plugin does not contain that field as a setting and there is no field in WooCommerce Products either. I also have a Feed section in Woocommerce section of my website admin panel (which may only be for Google), that gives you the option to set a default to either a value, such as “1000” for all products or to pull from the Stock Qty field. This is the “Quantity To Sell On Google field”. I tried both and neither one changes what is occuring on Facebook.
It appears that there is an incompatibility between Facebook changes (the new field “Quantity to Sell”) and it not being integrated with Woocommerce websites.
Any possible solutions? I don’t want to edit over 4,000 products manually one-by-one to get them to reappear again as In Stock.
P.S. As a temporary measure, I switched the CheckOut back to my website as opposed to on Facebook and now all of my stock is appearing as In Stock again: https://snipboard.io/wyVmcG.jpg
Screenshot of before teh change: https://snipboard.io/1bhWiJ.jpg
I’m having the same issue, not everything is syncing, plus all my products are showing out of stock. All of them. I have variable products. And, the Categories are also not syncing – not syncing description changes and not all the products in those categories are appearing. There was an update 4 days ago and another one 11/30/2022. I’m wondering if the issue is related to those updates. It was previously working and not sure when it stopped working, other than I haven’t been getting any orders from my Facebook shop.

In reply to: [Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce] How to I add the SKU/Product ID?I found it. Perfect – thanks!

In reply to: [Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce] Tracking on completed orderHi All, I just wanted to report back that this issue was resolved. I found custom CSS that was not closed. This error caused the sidebar to stop being hidden in mobile view. My CSS above was correct but another custom CSS was affecting it and causing it to not work as it was not closed with “}” – it was complex and required two: }}
All good! Thanks for your input.
Hi Niall,
Thank you for your reply. The CSS code is on my site – I did not remove it. It is in the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section.
On my own mobile device, the sidebar shows, so it is no longer working, even though it was working previously. I cleared cache and rechecked just now. Here is the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/NU21pt.jpg
You bring up a good point regarding IPad Air & Mini. I will need to look into that too.
I’m trying to just hide the sidebar on smaller screens, such as Tablets and Mobile devices. I believe my site will look fine with the sidebar for screens larger than 767px.
Again, my CSS code was working before the Storefront update about 1 month ago. I inspect and I have the correct elements so I am not sure what to do. Somehow, my CSS is being overridden. The CSS code is:
/* REMOVE SIDEBAR MOBILE VIEW */
@media only screen and (max-width:767px)
{#secondary.widget-area {
display: none;}}Using !important does not resolve it.
I appreciate any help! Thank you.
